“Where is this job now?”
The same question every day about every job, door and drawer.
Stages and progress per project, and a task board per station.
Oman & GCCSoftware for joinery factories & fit-out workshops
One system for projects, quotations and approvals, production and quality, workers and attendance, and reports, with a cabinet designer and cutting lists. For owners, production managers, the technical office and sales.

Why RokaDex
Every joinery job moves through pricing, design, cutting, making, finishing and installation. When those stages are spread across chats, paper and memory, time goes into asking instead of doing.
The same question every day about every job, door and drawer.
Stages and progress per project, and a task board per station.
The price changes after agreement and no one remembers who approved it.
The quote waits for a named person; who approved or rejected, and why, is recorded.
Errors between the drawing, the parts list and the saw sheet.
The parts list is derived from the design sizes, with a CSV file for review.

Modules
Every ✓ item is in the software today. Grey items are planned and not part of any current subscription. Some modules are switched on per company by agreement.
The company workspace: projects, tasks, team and permissions.
From cost items to a printed quote and a recorded approval.
Follow the factory station by station.
A cabinet designer and room planner linked to the project.
Figures from the company’s own records, not estimates.
Design to factory floor
A separate design app in development: 3D cabinets, kitchens and wardrobes, shop drawings, cutting lists, an assembly booklet and a client presentation. An early version we show in the demo, not yet part of a subscription.
Quantity, length, width, thickness, material, edging and grain.
Opens in Excel or imports into your optimiser after matching columns.
Manufacturing CSV, part labels and an assembly booklet.
No G-code or ready-to-run machine files. Any machine link needs its own validation.
All design and cutting outputs are reviewed by a qualified person before manufacturing. Drawings carry a “preliminary — not for fabrication” mark until approved.
A project journey · demo example
An example from the demo data in the software, not a real client. It shows how information moves between teams without retyping.
Created with client, site and due date; the kitchen workflow is applied.
ProjectsUnits are designed and the parts list is produced.
Design studioThe quote waits for the owner, who approves or rejects with a reason.
ApprovalsTasks move between stations; checks and notes are recorded.
Task board · QualitySnags are closed and the job appears in the weekly report.

Your data
Each company’s data is separated by access rules inside the database, not just hidden buttons.
The owner decides who sees what: admin, manager, worker, and can stop any member’s access.
The company owner can download a full archive of data and files when the service is enabled.
Before you start
It is built for joinery workshops, factories and fit-out firms. We review fit against your workflow and team size during the demo.
No. This site introduces it. The software opens from “Sign in”, and the demo runs without an account using sample data.
Yes, it works in the phone browser and can be installed as a web app. An Android app is distributed directly (not through Google Play).
Yes, every screen is in Arabic (right-to-left) and English; each user picks a language.
Not today. It exports parts lists and CSV; the Studio adds a manufacturing CSV. Machine programs need per-machine validation and are not offered.
Price and trial terms come in a written offer once we know your needs. Reach us on WhatsApp or email.
No AI is connected today. The “agents” in the demo are roles and a simulation that show how work is split. An AI reports assistant is planned.
We review your current files (Excel, for example) during setup and agree on what moves and how.
